Do credits expire?
No — credits stay in your account while it's in good standing. There are no monthly fees.
What if a crawl finds nothing?
You pay nothing. Credits are only ever spent on leads we actually deliver, and any credits reserved for an empty crawl return to your balance automatically. See our Refund Policy.
Can I get a refund on a pack?
No — all purchases are final and non-refundable. You only spend credits on leads actually delivered, so start with the free tier and try a search before you buy. We still fix genuine billing errors (e.g. duplicate or unauthorized charges); full details in the Refund Policy.
How are payments handled?
Securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never store your card details.
